
Duane Wulf received the Distinguished Teaching Award, an American Meat Science Association honor, at the 60th Annual Reciprocal Meat Conference. The conference was hosted in Brookings this past June by the Department of Animal and Range Sciences. Professor Wulf was recognized for excellence in teaching and positively affecting the lives of students.
Anne Fennell, professor in the Department of Horticulture, Forestry, Landscape, and Parks, was honored as one of four 2007 Women of Distinction as part of SDSU’s celebration of Women’s History Month.
Charles Berry, an adjunct professor in the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences, received the Cooperative Research Unit Recognition Award for Service Excellence for his service and contributions to the South Dakota Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit and its cooperators and for his service-related involvement in professional societies and community activities.
David D. Schingoethe, professor in the Department of Dairy Science, received recognition as an American Dairy Science Association Fellow at the annual meeting of the ADSA, July 8 - 12 in San Antonio, Texas.
